Architect (ATC)

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business and functional requirements related to insurance products (Life, P&C, Health, etc.) Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing Validate policy lifecycle workflows (Quotation, Underwriting, Policy Issance, Claims, Renewals) Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders Support defect triage calls and ensure timely resolution Participate in test planning, estimation, and reporting Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices Required Skills & Experience

Experience 3–8 years (adjustable based on your requirement) Strong experience in software testing (manual or automation) Hands-on experience in Insurance domain Life Insurance OR Health Insurance Good understanding of Policy administration systems Claims processing Underwriting workflows Technical Skills

Testing tools JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps, TestRail (any equivalent) Knowledge of SQL for data validation Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SOAP UI) Automation (good to have) Selenium, Java Functional Expertise (Preferred)

Insurance platforms (any of the following is a plus) Watermelon Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and stakeholder management Ability to work independently and in a team
