Job description

  • Develop engaging, persuasive, and commercially effective copy for advertisements, brochures, websites, emails, social media, and other marketing materials.
  • Ensure all written content reflects the company’s tone of voice, brand identity, and messaging strategy.
  • Conduct thorough research on target audiences, industry trends, and competitors to create relevant and impactful content.
  • Translate narratives into compelling commercial copy that drives awareness, interest, and event attendance.
  • Tailor messaging for both local and international markets, ensuring relevance across different cultural and business contexts.
  • Write SEO-friendly content to enhance website traffic and search engine visibility.
  • Adapt messaging based on platform-specific needs—crafting distinct approaches for digital banners, social media, print materials, and long-form content.
  • Work closely with content, design, marketing, and sales teams to develop campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Ensure all copy is polished, grammatically correct, and aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of written content, refining strategies based on performance insights.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their goals and deliver copy that aligns with their objectives.
  • Diploma/Degree in Journalism, English, Marketing, Communications or similar
  • 2 – 3 years’ demonstrable experience as a copywriter, preferably B2B
  • Experience using HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, Adobe Suite and Google Analytics
  • Experience working in an agency environment (advantageous)
