Senior Performance Marketing Manager
About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to drive growth across Candy Crush Soda Saga and other titles, operating at the intersection of performance marketing, product, and analytics.
This is a role for someone with a growth‑hacker mindset - curious, experimental, and comfortable challenging assumptions. You’ll be trusted to test bold ideas, move fast, and scale what works, using data and insight to unlock meaningful impact across UA and Retargeting in paid marketing.
You’ll work closely with Marketing and Product teams, supported by best‑in‑class ad tech and an experienced Performance Marketing team in a highly mature mobile gaming environment.
What you’ll do
- Own the growth agenda for Performance Marketing within Candy Crush Soda Saga - proactively identifying, shaping, and driving the highest-impact opportunities.
- Lead with a growth hacker mindset, constantly testing, breaking, and rethinking approaches to unlock step-change in impact, not just incremental gains.
- Bring structure and control to collaboration. Driving clarity on priorities, pushing initiatives forward, and constructively challenging or deprioritising work that won’t deliver impact.
- Collaborate closely with Games Studios by embedding yourself within teams to surface opportunities not yet explored by Performance Marketing.
- Turn complexity into clear narratives, distilling data, insights, and strategy into compelling stories that align teams and drive decisions.
- Identify and disrupt growth ceilings by spotting where UA is plateauing and introducing bold ideas to break through.
- Own end-to-end experimentation - from hypothesis to rollout - with a focus on speed, learning, and scaling what works.
- Drive clarity in the user funnel by deeply understanding and optimising the full journey from acquisition through to long-term value.
- Conduct marketability tests, from hypothesis through to results analysis, to drive growth and innovation within Performance Marketing strategies.
- Act as a clear representative for Performance Marketing, communicating strategy, performance, and outcomes across the business.
- Coach and upskill team members in experimentation, performance marketing craft, and proprietary technology.
What we’re looking for
- Experience ideally in mobile gaming or a mobile advertising company.
- Someone who brings confidence, energy, and authority
- Proven ability to drive growth, with a track record of identifying and scaling high-impact opportunities.
- Experience working closely with Product teams, with the ability to influence constructively and collaborate effectively.
- Highly analytical, commercial, and comfortable working with complex data.
- Deep understanding of user funnels and optimisation strategy.
- Hands‑on experience with ad‑tech platforms, including DMPs.
- Advanced capability in Excel, data visualisation tools (Looker or Tableau), and SQL.
- Thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments where experimentation is core.
