The Position

The Opportunity

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing sales performance, developing strategic customer relationships, and promoting Roche Diagnostics’ product portfolio within your assigned territory. You will play a key role in driving sustainable business growth while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and alignment with Roche’s global standards.

In this role, you will

Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets through effective territory and account planning

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to establish long-term partnerships

Identify and develop new business opportunities across Roche Diagnostics products and services

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to execute commercial activities effectively

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to support business strategy. Deliver timely and accurate reporting

Ensure proper management of operational processes including contract documentation and supply coordination

Contribute to a collaborative team environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Who you are

You are driven, resilient, and able to navigate a dynamic, customer-facing environment. You take ownership of your territory, are proactive in identifying opportunities, and are committed to delivering results.

You bring

Bachelor’s degree in any field; Life Sciences background is an advantage, with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in Diagnostics, Medical Devices, or Pharmaceutical industry

Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including hospital or institutional structures

Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision

Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively

Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and basic digital literacy

Demonstrated learning agility and willingness to adapt to new products and business areas
