Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance/support to the internal and external customers. Each day, you will coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership. You will also showcase your expertise by improving customer satisfaction.

The work model for the role is: #L-hybrid (3 days in office) – Mexico City, Mexico.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Mexico . Main stakeholders are Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Credit & Collections, After-Sales Service, Spare Parts teams, and customers .

You will be mainly accountable for

  • Ensuring the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.
  • Recommending appropriate solution for customer requests and coordinating with the related teams to ensure end-to-end handling of the request (e.g., production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice, etc.) is in place.
  • Keeping the customers proactively informed on the issue status based on the inputs received and clarifying their doubts.
  • Preparing and analyzing regular statistics (e.g., forecast) using available tools and collecting additional relevant information and tracking regular sales performance against the target and sharing insights with the management.

Qualifications for the role

  • You are highly skilled in quotation management, customer service, sales support, and post-sales operations within the electrical equipment and industrial solutions market .
  • You have 3+ years of experience in customer support, quotations, sales operations, or post-sales service .
  • Experience working with Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) products and quotations is required.
  • Highly adept in SAP, Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms), and Microsoft Excel .
  • You are passionate about customer satisfaction, proactive communication, organization, collaboration, and problem-solving .
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering .
  • You are at ease communicating in English and Spanish , with advanced English proficiency .
  • You must be legally authorized to work in Mexico and be based in Mexico City (CDMX) . No relocation support is available for this position.
