As a Cafe Manager at Blank Street, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life in Los Angeles. You’ll launch and lead one of our first cafés, building a high-performing team, setting the standard for operations, and creating an exceptional customer experience every day. This role is about more than running a store—it’s about embedding Blank Street into the fabric of the community. You’ll inspire your team to serve with passion, care, and precision, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and every coffee is made with pride. • Hire, train, coach, and develop your team

• Deliver exceptional food, beverage, and hospitality standards
• Maintain inventory, ordering, and operational compliance
• Lead by example on the floor

Operations

• Keep cafés clean, safe, and running smoothly
• Maintain company standards across all areas of the business
• Execute new launches, initiatives, and operational changes

Business

• Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Build strong connections within the local community
• Continuously improve performance, processes, and team results

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing single-unit operations in high growth hospitality and/or retail brands
• Experience managing large hospitality teams
• Experience managing inventory and supply chain ordering

Benefits & Perks

• $75,000-$85,000 annual salary
  • Blank Street, in good faith, believes that the posted salary range is accurate for this role in New York City at the time of posting. Our salary ranges are rooted in the desire to pay competitively relative to our organization size and industry, reflecting just one part of the total compensation package. Blank Street may pay more or less than the posted range based on factors such as relevant experience and skills, qualifications and location, among others. This range may be modified in the future
