Who we are looking for
An experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead who can drive delivery excellence across globally distributed, cross-functional teams.
This role is critical to accelerating delivery, enabling predictable execution across global teams, and strengthening Agile capability locally.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.
What you will be responsible for
Agile Delivery & Execution
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Refinement, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Ensure predictable delivery of sprint goals
- Track team performance metrics (velocity, burndown, delivery progress)
Team Enablement & Coaching
- Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices
- Build self-organizing, high-performing teams
- Drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement
Backlog & Product Collaboration
- Partner with Product Owners to refine backlog and user stories
- Ensure backlog readiness for upcoming sprints
- Support translation of business requirements into delivery-ready work
Dependency & Stakeholder Management
- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies
- Ensure transparent communication across stakeholders
- Escalate and resolve risks proactively
Impediment Removal
- Remove blockers impacting delivery
- Drive resolution across technology, process, and organizational layers
Delivery Governance & Scaling
- Support multi-team / cross-region delivery environments
- Contribute to planning cycles and alignment across teams

Education&Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Math or equivalent work experience to substitute for education); Marster’s degree is a plus.
- Scrum certifications (PSM, CSM) – nice to have
- Min. 8 years of relatable experience
Minimum Salary
zł182,004 Annual
The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
