As a Facilities and Admin Senior Associate, you will focus on creating and maintaining efficient and effective operations of physical workspaces, including maintenance, security, and space planning. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, learn how to manage and inspire others, and navigate increasingly complex situations. You will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills while anticipating the needs of your teams and clients to deliver quality results. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will play a crucial role in creating a comfortable and productive environment for employees and clients. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will leverage your skills to provide strategic advice and solutions for clients in the real estate industry, helping them optimize their property portfolios and maximize returns. You will handle property acquisitions, leasing, asset management, and development projects, contributing to the overall success of the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the efficient operation and maintenance of physical workspaces to support a productive environment
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to implement space planning and security measures
  • Utilizing AutoCAD and CAD Standards for architectural management and design tasks
  • Overseeing corrective maintenance and emergency response system maintenance to uphold safety standards
  • Developing and executing Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs to enhance workplace safety
  • Implementing cost management strategies to optimize facility operations and budget adherence
  • Facilitating coworking space management and hoteling to maximize space utilization
  • Engaging in demand management to anticipate and address facility needs effectively
  • Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform strategic facility management decisions
  • Leading event execution and correspondence management to support organizational activities
  • Embracing change and fostering an inclusive environment to drive innovation and collaboration
  • Maintaining professional standards and adhering to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
