The Inclusion, Diversity & Equity team lead our ID&E, Truth & Reconciliation and Mental Health strategy at KPMG Canada. We drive and facilitate organizational change in fostering an inclusive, diverse, equitable and mentally healthy workplace culture. What you will do The Specialist, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity role will play a key role on the ID&E team in: Supporting key stakeholders: including the National ID&E Council, Chief Mental Health Officer, People Networks, Human Resources Centres of Excellence, Human Resources Business Partners & Consultants, Talent Attraction, National Marketing & Communications etc. develop and execute on strategy, goals, and initiatives. Engagement & Communications: advance trust and growth in the People Networks and regional communities in communications, reporting, and social media campaigns. Tracking & Measurement: track and measure progress contributing to a data-informed approach to ID&E. Sponsorships & External Relationships: advance our firm’s ongoing external commitments of external relationship, partnerships and programs. What you bring to the role 3+ years of professional work experience Knowledge of the diverse realities and lived experiences of equity groups in Canada Experience developing and facilitating initiatives/programs informed by equity-deserving experiences Understanding of Inclusion, Diversity & Equity and the role of businesses Experience working with Inclusive and Diverse organizations Experience working in Human Resources University/ College- 3 years Experience in MS Office Suite, Excel, Project Management, and/or data analytics The successful candidate will require fluent written and verbal English as this individual will support a national team and stakeholders across Canada. KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information The expected base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $82,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program. KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information The expected base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $82,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards.
