The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

We are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager with expertise in designing and executing customer-centric, integrated marketing programs that drive customer growth and acquisition outcomes. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, partnering closely with regional and global marketing teams, Product Marketing, Sales, Communications and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and activate go-to-market strategies aligned to business priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating customer and market insights into impactful programs that strengthen customer relationships, accelerate business growth and enhance LinkedIn's market position. The core audience includes Talent (HR) decision-makers and key influencer groups such as recruiters, Learning & Development leaders, CHROs, CTOs, CFOs and other senior business stakeholders. 

The role requires a highly strategic and commercially minded marketer who can analyse data, customer insights and market signals to inform decision-making, optimise investments and deliver measurable impact. Success in this role requires strong leadership, influence and collaboration skills to navigate a highly matrixed, performance-focused environment. 

As a Senior Field Marketing Manager you will leverage AI and agentic workflows to enhance marketing effectiveness, improve productivity, uncover insights and scale program execution. The successful candidate will be passionate about applying emerging technologies to evolve marketing strategies and deliver innovative customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the Regional Marketing Strategy in Australia
  • Support the development of strategic marketing planning for customer acquisition and existing customer growth
  • Define go-to-market plans through key initiatives (content, account based marketing, executive engagement, customer evidence, events)
  • Drive a data-led approach to marketing by owning performance, measurement and insight generation
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate customer behaviour, market trends and campaign results into strategic recommendations that accelerate growth and business outcomes
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution
  • Solve ambiguous problems and effectively engaging cross-functional teams for alignment
  • Influence and align stakeholders across Sales, Product Marketing, Communications to drive integrated go-to-market strategies and shared business outcomes
  • Leverage AI and create agentic workflows to improve marketing effectiveness, automate processes, increase productivity and scale program execution and insights generation
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing programs that drive measurable customer engagement, pipeline, retention and commercial outcomes

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • 5+ years of integrated marketing experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Highly proficient in AI tools and agentic workflows orchestration and management
  • Deep understanding of marketing disciplines with experience leading cross-functional teams across Sales, Product Marketing, Communications, Operations and global/regional stakeholders
  • Experience executing integrated marketing strategies that deliver measurable commercial outcomes, customer growth and business impact
  • Experience designing and scaling account-based marketing (ABM) programs
  • Partnership and channel marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of the Australian SMB market, including customer needs, buying behaviours, competitive dynamics and growth opportunities
  • Ability to translate customer insights, behavioural data and market trends into differentiated marketing strategies
  • Use insights to inform strategic marketing planning, prioritise opportunities and solve complex business problems
  • Highly proactive and agile, able to navigate ambiguity, influence without authority and drive execution across competing priorities
  • Proven ability to lead through change and align diverse stakeholders to deliver business objectives in high-growth environments
