As our first IT Operations Lead , you'll lead the design, implementation, security, and ongoing management of the company's IT and information security environment from the ground up. This includes overseeing all end-user devices (desktops, laptops, peripherals), infrastructure, security, and the management of external IT service providers. The role also involves providing strategic and hands-on support to ongoing technology initiatives, including the implementation of a new ERP system. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and leadership to ensure that our technology backbone is secure, reliable, and scalable What You'll Be Doing IT Operations & End-User Management

• Manage and maintain all company desktops, laptops, and related hardware/software. - Oversee user accounts, device setup, and access control systems. - Ensure reliable and secure network connectivity across offices and remote access services. - Develop IT processes and documentation (onboarding, asset management, support workflows). - Deploy and manage information security tools on end user devices.
