Responsibilities
-
Manage day-to-day operations of multiple e-commerce stores, ensuring optimal store condition and adherence to merchandising standards.

Coordinate with the Account Executive to set up pricing for new SKUs and ensure all product information is accurate and up to date.

Support the Account Executive team in planning and executing promotions (flash sales, discounts, bundles, gimmicks) across various e-commerce platforms.

Stay updated on current platform campaigns, tools, and policies, and proactively propose relevant campaign participation opportunities.

Monitor store performance daily (traffic, conversion, rating, reviews, penalties, etc.) and take action to maintain store stability and reputation.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, design, warehouse) to ensure smooth execution of operations and campaigns.

Prepare regular reports and insights related to store performance and campaign results as needed.
Requirements
-
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or a similar role; e-commerce experience is mandatory.

Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to drive store performance and revenue.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, principals, and internal stakeholders.

Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms/marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada) is a strong advantage.

Proficient in using basic office tools (Excel/Google Sheets, email, communication tools) for reporting and coordination.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
