Accountabilities: Lead the definition and evolution of the product narrative by shaping how the platform is positioned today and in the future, ensuring alignment with executive vision and market direction. • Develop and own core messaging, positioning, and storytelling for the product across all stages of maturity • Create and execute go-to-market content including product announcements, case studies, website messaging, social content, and leadership ghostwriting • Partner with leadership on analyst relations, strategic communications, and external storytelling initiatives • Collaborate closely with events, demand generation, and advertising teams to ensure consistent narrative execution across channels • Continuously refine messaging based on sales feedback, closed-lost analysis, and real customer conversations • Act as a bridge between product, marketing, and sales to ensure messaging accuracy and market resonance
Requirements
7+ years of product marketing experience within a venture-backed B2B SaaS environment, ideally serving mid-market and enterprise customers with complex or high-value deal cycles. Strong ability to define positioning, craft narratives, and translate technical products into clear business value. • Proven experience in product marketing at a high-growth SaaS company with enterprise-grade customers • Strong storytelling, writing, and content creation skills with executive-level communication ability • Experience working closely with founders, C-level leadership, and cross-functional GTM teams • Ability to synthesize market feedback from sales calls, deal reviews, and customer insights into actionable messaging improvements • Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with evolving product direction and ambiguity • Hands-on experience producing diverse marketing assets such as web copy, blogs, social content, and sales enablement materials • Familiarity with modern AI tools and workflows (including Claude Code or equivalent) with demonstrated practical usage expected
