The Revenue Management Analyst I leverages analytics and business intelligence to uncover trends, predict behavior, and provide actionable insights that drive revenue growth. This role combines expertise in pricing strategy, market analysis, and data modeling to support decision-making across marketing, sales, and product teams. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets to optimize revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Analysis & Forecasting
Apply disciplined analytics to predict consumer behavior and optimize product availability and pricing.
Develop and maintain pricing models to support changing business needs.
Forecast revenue trends and provide insights to improve profitability.
Data Intelligence & Insights
Collate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources into actionable business intelligence.
Identify patterns and anomalies to inform strategic decisions.
Provide recommendations to optimize revenue and cost structures.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing, sales, pricing, and distribution teams to align strategies.
Support the strategy team with insights for campaign planning and product positioning.
Reporting & Monitoring
Create dashboards and reports to monitor revenue performance and KPIs.
Validate data integrity and ensure accuracy across systems.
Drive process improvements through automation and workflow optimization.
Ad Hoc Projects
Support special projects requiring deep analytical insights and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling.
Experience with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
Soft Skills
Strong financial acumen and business understanding.
Excellent communication skills to present insights to stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in revenue management, pricing analytics, or business intelligence.
Proven ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
B2B experience preferred.
