Care Professional (Evenings & Alternate Weekends)

Your Responsibilities

As a Care Professional, your duties may include:

• Providing personal care and support with daily routines
• Assisting with personal hygiene and toileting
• Preparing meals and refreshments
• Supporting with medication reminders
• Helping with household tasks and home care support
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Accompanying clients to appointments, shops, pharmacies, social activities, and community events
• Supporting clients living with dementia and other specialist care needs

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Access to a reliable vehicle preferred
• Right to work in the UK
