Role Summary
Supports field marketing execution across the region, helping deliver events, campaigns, and partner activities that contribute to pipeline generation and local market engagement.
Core Scope
- Support planning and execution of regional events and marketing activities.
- Assist with vendor co-marketing initiatives and MDF processes.
- Help localize global campaigns for regional markets.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support pipeline goals.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with event logistics (invitations, registrations, vendors, follow-up).
- Support campaign execution across email, digital, and events.
- Help manage MDF tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Coordinate with agencies and suppliers.
- Track campaign and event performance metrics.
- Support CRM updates and lead management processes.
- 3 years experience in marketing (events, field marketing, or digital).
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Interest in B2B marketing and technology sector.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/marketing tools is a plus.
- Fluent English & Polish; additional languages a plus.
