Breakfast Assistant

As a Breakfast Host, you ensure our guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant start to their day. With your warm smile, eye for detail and proactive approach, you create a welcoming breakfast experience that reflects the Motel One philosophy of “One Smile”.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing, replenishing and maintaining our breakfast buffet according to Motel One standards
• Providing attentive and efficient service during breakfast hours
• Ensuring cleanliness, quality and presentation throughout the breakfast service
• Assisting guests with questions and requests in a friendly and professional manner
• Supporting the Bar One team after breakfast service when required
• Working closely with colleagues across departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere

You:

• Are an early bird and enjoy starting your day before most people have even had their first coffee
• Have experience in hospitality, catering or customer service, or are eager to learn
• Are friendly, approachable and enjoy interacting with guests
• Remain calm and organized, even during busy breakfast rushes
• Are flexible with working hours and willing to support the team when needed, for example in case of unexpected busy periods or when covering for colleagues
• Are a team player who enjoys helping out across departments
• Have a strong eye for cleanliness, quality and presentation
