HR Generalist
As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting a positive employee experience and helping ensure HR programs run smoothly and consistently. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional to gain broad exposure across core HR functions while learning from experienced HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence. You will contribute to talent and development initiatives, support day-to-day HR operations, and build strong relationships across the business.
Job Responsibilities
HR Support & Business Partnership
- Provide day-to-day HR support by assisting with workforce planning, employee relations inquiries, talent processes, and organizational initiatives.
- Build strong working relationships with leaders and team members to understand business needs and help connect them to appropriate HR resources.
- Support leaders by preparing materials, gathering information, and assisting with performance management and employee engagement activities as assigned by HR Manager
Talent Management & Development
- Assist in coordinating career development processes for team members, helping ensure consistency, visibility, and accurate documentation.
- Partner with the HR Manager on key initiatives such as reporting, HRIS operations, Events, investigations, mediations etc.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support HR and business decision-making.
- Onboarding of new employees
- Support Employee Training
- Support Fulltime and temporary staffing needs
- Support the rollout of development pathways, capability frameworks, and career progression tools
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and contribute ideas that promote a strong culture of learning and continuous improvement.
HR Programs & Process Support
- Support the consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Assist with enterprise-wide HR projects and initiatives, providing coordination and follow-through as needed.
- Support change management efforts by helping prepare communications, tracking actions, and assisting leaders during organizational changes.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent early-career HR experience).
- Internship, co-op, or 1–2 years of experience in human resources or a related role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and translate information into clear insights.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop within the HR field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Workday, LMS platforms, or SharePoint is a plus but not required.
