As an Industrial Engineering Manager, you will guide a talented team while driving impactful improvements across production processes. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How you'll make an impact
Lead and mentor a team of industrial engineers
Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes
Conduct time studies, value stream mapping, and process analysis
Optimize layouts, material flow, and workstation design
Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions
Partner with cross-functional teams to meet production goals
Analyze data to improve KPIs such as throughput and yield
Manage capital projects including automation and equipment upgrades
Report on performance, cost savings, and project progress
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (Master’s preferred)
7+ years of industrial engineering experience in manufacturing
3+ years of leadership or people management experience
Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools
Proficiency with CAD, process simulation, and data analysis software
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
