WHAT TEAM YOU WILL BE PART OF

You will join the backbone of Adikteev's infrastructure. This team ensures that all our systems run reliably, securely and at scale. They own the infrastructure, manage deployments and make sure our platform stays up and performant, even at millions of requests per second.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Orchestrate our Cloud: Manage and enhance a large-scale AWS infrastructure spanning thousands of instances across 6 regions.

Champion Performance: Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance to ensure our platforms handle over 3 million requests per second seamlessly.

Drive Reliability: Respond swiftly to incidents, resolve complex issues, and contribute to postmortems to continuously improve system resilience.

Scale: Design and refine our scaling procedures to support growth while ensuring stability and efficiency.

Automate Everything: Build automation tools and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions to minimize manual effort and maximize reliability.

Elevate Quality: Uphold strong standards for system configurations and code, ensuring a robust and secure infrastructure.

Collaborate for Impact: Partner with Backend Engineers, Data Engineers, and Product Managers to embed reliability and performance into every layer of our stack.

Champion CI/CD: Promote best practices in continuous integration and deployment for consistent, rapid, and reliable delivery.

★ WHO YOU ARE

You could be a great addition to our Engineering team if you:

Have deep experience with AWS and large-scale, multi-region infrastructure

Have strong skills in monitoring, logging, and alerting for fast incident resolution

Are able to write clean, testable code in at least two languages, with a focus on automation and IaC

Have proven ability to design and operate systems at high traffic and scale

Are comfortable with low-level Linux and OS internals to optimize performance

Have experience owning production systems with a reliability-first mindset

Are a clear communicator, collaborative, calm under pressure

Are driven by both technical excellence and business impact

Are fluent in English and French

COMPENSATION

Competitive Salary between 80,000 and 100,000€ OTE

We are committed to transparent compensation practices. The salary range shown reflects total On-Target Earnings (OTE), including base salary and a performance-based Quarterly bonus with transparent KPIs. Final compensation will be tailored to each candidate’s background, experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
