We are seeking a highly organised and delivery-focused Delivery Manager to coordinate and drive the successful delivery of our iGaming products and platform solutions.
This role is ideal for someone with solid delivery or project management experience who is ready to take ownership of cross functional workstreams, manage client and internal stakeholders, and ensure our product releases land on time and to a high standard.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Compliance, Release, and Commercial teams, ensuring delivery plans are clear, risks are managed, and communication flows smoothly. The ideal candidate has a strong delivery background, thrives in a fast paced environment, and brings a proactive, problem solving mindset.
Responsibilities:
Delivery Ownership
Manage end‑to‑end delivery of product initiatives and platform updates.
Build, maintain, and track detailed delivery plans, ensuring clarity around milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, DevOps, and Compliance.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
Act as a primary delivery contact for internal stakeholders and selected clients.
Ensure expectations are aligned, issues escalated appropriately, and communication is clear and timely.
Governance & Reporting
Maintain delivery documentation, reporting dashboards, and status updates.
Ensure adherence to internal governance, change control, release processes, and regulatory requirements.
Run stand‑ups, delivery reviews, and planning sessions when needed.
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
Identify delivery risks early, propose mitigation plans, and escalate where needed.
Manage dependencies across teams to ensure smooth delivery flow.
Drive resolution of blockers through collaboration and proactive follow‑up.
Technical Awareness & Collaboration
Possess a solid foundational understanding of technical concepts, software delivery processes, APIs, integrations, and platform architecture.
Able to engage confidently with engineering teams, ask the right questions, and challenge assumptions when needed.
Understand how technical decisions impact timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes.
Work closely with developers, QA, DevOps, and technical leads to validate feasibility, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment on delivery goals.
Ways of Working
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery function.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
5+ years in delivery management or project management within tech, digital, software, or ideally iGaming.
Strong understanding of tools such as Jira, Confluence and Monday.com.
Proven ability to coordinate across multiple workstreams and teams.
Comfortable managing timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Experience delivering within regulated industries or environments with strong compliance requirements (advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence without authority.
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and strong follow‑through.
Desirable skills
Experience in iGaming delivery.
Familiarity with casino platform systems, integrations, or release processes.
