• Monitor and oversee the store's daily operations to maintain a quality customer experience.
• Develop a multimillion-dollar business through skilled financial management, effective problem-solving, and strategic planning.
• Lead and empower a team of colleagues (personnel) to deliver outstanding performance, engagement, and career advancement.

• Three years or more of experience leading retail or customer service teams, or a four-year commitment to U.S. military duties

• Direct involvement in a sales-centric or entrepreneurial atmosphere
