Your Role:
We are looking for a skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to support various programs in the Integrated Warfare Systems & Sensors division. This vital role requires a solid understanding of electrical engineering principles and a collaborative spirit. You will work on the design of launcher electrical systems, including the selection of Commercial Off-the-Shelf components and the design of custom hardware. Responsibilities also include establishing requirements for chassis and enclosure design.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the electrical design and sustainability of the MK41 Vertical Launching System.
• Contribute to new designs for the next generation of launchers and weapon systems.
• Utilize your electrical engineering and electronics knowledge in a collaborative team environment.
• Engage with senior personnel on critical technical issues.
• Participate in the design, development, and testing of electronic and electrical components and systems.
• Create essential technical documentation, including design specifications, schematics, assembly drawings, and test procedures to meet customer and company requirements.

This position is located in Moorestown, NJ.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary engineering teams for electronic system development.
• Practical knowledge in areas such as:
• Electrical System Integration/Development
• Complex Cable Design
• Printed Wiring Board (PWB) Design
• Circuit Card Assembly Design
• Electrical Bonding and Grounding of Enclosures
• FPGA Selection/Programming
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance at the SECRET level.

Desired Skills:
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with DOD and/or US Navy standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Security Clearance: Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a government security clearance.
