My client is looking to add a Senior Accountant to their growing team! This candidate will report to the Accounting Manager and work with the CEO, will have mentoring ability and collaborate with their international Corporate A&F team. My client works with various industries: Automotive, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Aerospace/Defense contractors all across the US and Internationally. This candidate will handle: Month & Year End Close process, Financial Statement Preparation, Cash Flow, Budgeting, G/L, Journal Entries, Costing, Financial & Variance Analysis, A/P & A/R review and work with outside Audit partners.

The ideal candidate would have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting along with 3+ years of proven Accounting & Finance experience preferably within a modern manufacturing environment. This individual will help drive process improvement, provide business guidance & strategic oversight while being someone that works to partner with various department leaders. This individual will be a team player, driven, detail oriented and pride themselves on the quality of their output.
