Responsibilities
• Supervise the daily running of the restaurant to ensure high standards in food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and team performance.
• Attract new talent, educate staff, and enhance the development of team members while fostering a culture of professionalism and collaboration.
• Be a role model for exceptional hospitality and instill a sense of responsibility within the team.
• Implement strategic approaches to inventory, scheduling, and ordering to control and reduce food and labor costs effectively.
• Watch over the financial health, set benchmarks, and execute plans to improve revenue and profitability.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation regulations and organizational policies.
• Hold regular team assemblies to align goals and underscore the company's values.
• Support district and regional leadership in executing marketing plans and strengthening ties with the community.
• Attend to customer complaints promptly and in a professional fashion, aiming to sustain positive guest satisfaction levels.

Qualifications and Experience
• Prior engagement in overseeing the management of a restaurant or food service establishment, emphasizing leadership and operational management skills, preferred with experience at Wingstop
• It is a prerequisite to hold a valid Food Manager Certification
• A valid TABC Certification is essential
• Required transportation and the option to travel to assigned store locations are necessary
• It is mandatory to have the flexibility to work during nights, weekends, and holidays
• The prescribed uniform includes non-slip black shoes to ensure safety
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus, but not a necessity
• Proficient in developing relationships, solving challenges, and nurturing group synergy
• Strong interest in developing exceptional guest experiences and mentoring employees
• Practicing high ethical standards, responsibility, and professionalism
