Role and Responsibilities of Retail Operations Manager:

As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, ensuring a great shopping experience for customers. Your focus will be on driving sales, maintaining store standards, and leading the team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store activities, stepping in when needed.
• Support sales growth and assist in achieving store targets.
• Maintain the store’s visual and operational standards to enhance customer experience.
• Guide, motivate, and mentor team members to foster future leadership.
• Analyze performance reports and collaborate with teams to enhance commercial results.
• Engage with stakeholders and demonstrate leadership qualities to motivate the team.
• Ensure top-quality customer service and team success through clear expectations.
• Plan store activities, assisting with scheduling and resource allocation.
• Serve as Key Holder, managing the security of stock, premises, and cash, and responding to emergency calls.
• Ensure adherence to EHS and operational policies to maintain a safe workplace.
• Communicate in English with managers, supervisors, and customers effectively to deliver clear instructions and support.

Required Skills and Experience of Retail Operations Manager:
• At least 4 years of retail leadership experience in high-volume settings.
• Experience in managerial roles such as Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager in retail.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive team performance.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate reports and guide teams toward improving performance.
• Ability to engage with and motivate stakeholders and teams effectively.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, able to manage tasks within tight deadlines.
• Experience with scheduling and resource planning.
• Experience as a Key Holder, managing store property and stock securely.
• Knowledge of maintaining workplace safety in compliance with EHS regulations.
• Fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to support team and customer interaction.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience guiding teams to deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

• Salary range: $75,400 – $88,400 for a 40-hour work week.
