What You’ll Be Crushing Every Day

Run the Show
• Lead a high-energy restaurant that delivers bold food, fast service, and clean, welcoming spaces
• Execute QDOBA standards with pride and consistency
• Create amazing guest experiences that keep people coming back

Build Winning Teams
• Hire, train, and develop a rock-star team
• Coach Shift Leaders and Assistant Managers into future General Managers
• Set the tone for a positive, accountable, winning culture
• Schedule smart to balance labor and performance

Drive Big Results
• Own your restaurant’s performance — sales, labor, food cost, and profitability
• Use numbers and KPIs to push results higher
• Control inventory, reduce waste, and run a tight operation

Level Up Into Multi-Unit Leadership
• Build a leadership bench to support new store openings
• Help train and launch future QDOBA restaurants
• Partner closely with franchise leadership to develop Area Manager skills
• Become a mentor, culture carrier, and leader across multiple locations

Keep It Safe & Strong
• Lead food safety, cleanliness, and compliance every shift
• Protect your team and guests by following all standards

You’re a Great Fit If You:
• Have 2+ years of restaurant management experience (GM experience preferred)
• Love leading people and developing future leaders
• Understand labor, food cost, and restaurant numbers
• Want a real path to Area Manager / multi-unit leadership
• Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Can work nights, weekends, and holidays

• Completed Food Manager Food Safety Courses
• Own Transportation
