Business System Analyst (Automobile)

We are looking for an onsite Business Systems Analyst to work with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment. The role involves working closely with product stakeholders and technical teams to convert business needs into clear technical requirements and support development throughout the sprint lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
• Understand business objectives and convert them into well-defined technical user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Work with stakeholders and development teams to gather system and integration requirements.
• Assist in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirement clarification during development cycles.
• Track dependencies across teams and ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Participate in testing activities, sprint reviews, and UAT coordination.
• Maintain documentation and manage tasks using Agile tools.

Required Skills

Experience with Java, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, system integration, Agile methodologies, requirement analysis, software development lifecycle, and documentation tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Automotive domain experience is a plus.
