Job Summary: Join our dynamic team as an Entry-Level Welder, where you'll play a crucial role in assembling and welding metal products. With opportunities to develop your skills, you will work independently with minimal supervision while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute work tasks by gathering the necessary tools and materials based on job specifications.
• Repair and fabricate various items using advanced welding, cutting, and burning techniques.
• Monitor welding processes to ensure quality and prevent damage to components.
• Prepare and tack weld parts for final assembly.
• Keep equipment and the workspace organized and clean.
• Report any faulty equipment or defective materials to your supervisor promptly.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Strong understanding of welding machinery and tools, including maintenance and repair.
• Familiarity with design principles and tools for producing technical plans and blueprints.
• Excellent communication skills to accurately understand instructions.
• Basic math skills applicable to welding tasks.

Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship.
• 5+ years of practical welding experience.
