Role and Responsibilities of Retail Sales Manager:

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in managing the store’s daily operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience. You will focus on driving sales, maintaining store standards, and motivating the team to succeed.
• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and act as deputy when required.
• Support in achieving sales goals and driving store performance.
• Maintain store standards, ensuring an optimal customer experience.
• Lead and inspire the team to reach new heights of performance.
• Review performance reports and guide teams to improve results.
• Engage stakeholders and lead by example as a role model.
• Set clear expectations for excellent customer service and team success.
• Plan and organize store activities while managing scheduling.
• Serve as Key Holder, overseeing the security of stock, cash, and the premises.
• Follow EHS and operational policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Effectively communicate in English with customers and team members to support operations.

Required Skills and Experience of Retail Sales Manager:
• 4+ years of leadership experience in fast-paced, high-volume retail settings.
• Experience in retail management as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to exceed expectations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive team performance.
• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in scheduling and resource planning.
• Experience as a Key Holder, ensuring security of store assets.
• Familiarity with EHS regulations and maintaining workplace safety standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Salary range: $75,400 – $88,400 for a 40-hour work week.
