Role Overview

As a Full-Time Retail Store Manager, you will be an integral part of our management team. Your mentorship will uplift team members, streamline daily operations, and lead to outstanding results. Support your Assistant Manager, maintain merchandise standards, and foster a culture of high performance.

Your Impact

As a Full-Time Retail Store Manager, you will:
• Analyze daily sales trends for quick and informed business decisions.
• Review merchandise reports and guide merchandising strategies for optimal product displays.
• Implement loss prevention protocols while ensuring compliance and excellent store audit outcomes.
• Oversee key operational areas like Talent and Visuals to develop a broad understanding of the business.
• Provide customers with insightful knowledge about our diverse product range.
• Promptly report any accidents or injuries to store leadership.
• Clearly articulate priorities, sales goals, and KPIs to the sales team to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership for effective onboarding and continuous training initiatives.
• Carry out additional tasks as designated by management.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail experience.
• Fluency in the local language; basic English skills are beneficial.
• Able to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to embrace learning and proficient with technology, including handheld devices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stand, lift, walk, bend, and carry boxes weighing up to 25 lbs./12kgs during shifts.
• Knowledge of employment law and compliance with regulations.
• Demonstrated advanced selling experience and industry knowledge.

Salary Range: $18.25-$21.93 USD
