Role Overview

We’re supporting a confidential client in the search for a Financial Analyst to join a lean, high-impact finance team. This is a true analyst role focused on forecasting, modeling, and performance analysis in an operationally driven, private-company environment.

Ideal Background
• ~3–5 years in a Financial Analyst role (not accounting-heavy)
• Strong Excel skills required (financial modeling, pivots, advanced formulas)
• Experience in a multi-unit, operational business strongly preferred
• Background in private company settings is a plus
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with non-finance stakeholders

Scope of Work
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ad-hoc financial analysis tied to operational performance
• Model and report development to support decision-making
• Ongoing process improvement and data accuracy focus

Logistics
• Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite / 3 days remote
