Symphony Towers Infrastructure LLC

Job Description: Acquisitions Advisor

Reports to: Director, Acquisitions

About - Symphony Towers Infrastructure

Symphony Towers Infrastructure acquires, manages, and leases rooftop, tower and other telecommunication cell sites interests in urban, suburban, and rural environments throughout the United States. Symphony operates as one of the largest privately held owners of these sites across the United States and is backed by one of the largest digital infrastructure firms in the country.

Two things separate us from the rest: a long-term view and simple process. Our investments are made from a strategic, long-term, buy-and-hold perspective. This allows us to make a better offer to the marketplace and provide a better, more efficient acquisition process.

Acquisitions Advisor Opportunity

Reporting to the Director of Acquisitions, this is a unique opportunity to join a niche, recession resilient industry as an Acquisitions Advisor, acquiring active cell sites from owners, as part of a key digital infrastructure investment platform. The Acquisitions Advisor will be a key member of a tight-knit team to build a robust pipeline of cell-site acquisitions opportunities including rooftops, ground leases, and other telecom verticals. This position will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with site owners, and developing a substantial book of signed term sheets (“TS”) and closed deals. The Acquisitions Advisor role offers a base salary plus commission.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Acquisitions
• Develop an individual customer pipeline including building owners, individual landowners, municipalities, universities, property managers, commercial brokers, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations, assuring that all key high value wireless infrastructure assets are given their best opportunity to close.
• Maintain a high volume of active outreach to individual Site Owners in partnership with marketing and other in-house resources.
• Build and maintain trust with Site Owners through networking, calling, onsite meetings, and fostering growing relationships.
• Work with cross-functional internal teams to determine current market value of new telecom acquisitions through an extensive valuation process. Assist internal teams in presenting deals for approval and provide go forward strategies based on associated risks.

Lead Generation
• Partner with the marketing, technology, and underwriting teams to plan, execute, monitor, and improve marketing and lead generation programs.
• Conduct in-field data mining activities to obtain additional acquisitions opportunities.

Closing
• Liaise with lawyers, tenants, clients, and vendors to assemble and review necessary deal documents.
• Work hand in hand with underwriting and in-house legal teams to bring executed TS to a smooth close.

Management and Reporting
• Work closely with the Director, Acquisitions to understand opportunities and dead-ends, adjust marketing strategies, and set and make sales targets.
• Maintain quotas, logs, and other sales activity using company CRM to achieve personal and team goals.

Qualifications
• BS/BA in a related field or equivalent experience in a sales/related organization.
• Experience in commercial real estate, telecom, or digital infrastructure.
• Inside/outside broker or cell site acquisition experience is required.
• Experience working with Salesforce is a plus.
• Superior written and oral communication skills with the ability to collaborate, seek constructive feedback, build relationships, promote teamwork, and remain flexible and adaptable to change.
• Excellent business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to balance business requirements.
• Self‐starter and problem solver mindset and habits.
