This role is critical for accelerating marketing, sales and servicing gains and the company's industry leading position by bringing incremental software changes to market. The ideal candidate is an industry-proven, hands-on, large-scale, senior leader of DevOps and Cloud Engineering by trade specializing in, containerization, serverless architecture, cloud migration and the automation of CI/CD pipelines for unimpeded high velocity deployment of software changes for the entire company.

15+ years leading DevOps & Cloud Engineering teams at enterprise scale

Proven expertise in CI/CD automation, containerization, serverless architecture, and cloud migration

Hands-on technical leader with deep experience designing and owning DevOps architecture and blueprints

Experience leading and mentoring DevOps/Cloud engineers (3–5+), including hiring and performance management

Strong background with Agile/Scrum delivery models and tools (e.g., Jira)
