Role and Responsibilities:

The Club Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the gym to ensure an exceptional member experience and a financially successful club.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise team members.
• Oversee member service to ensure all staff provide a consistently great customer experience.
• Engage in all front desk tasks, including greeting members, giving tours, and addressing service questions or issues.
• Provide support for both staff and members.
• Create and maintain a positive, professional image for the club.
• Coach and counsel team members to achieve company standards.
• Ensure prompt and proper opening/closing of the gym.
• Train staff on current marketing promotions and initiatives.
• Complete manager onboarding responsibilities in Paycom for all new hires.
• Ensure club is open and staffed during all business hours.
• Enforce company policies and procedures for all team members.
• Order supplies and track inventory levels.

Required Skills and Experience:
• At least 1 year of managerial experience.
• Honesty and strong work ethic.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Physical Demands:
• Standing and walking for at least 75% of the shift.
• Talking in person or on the phone for at least 75% of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
