Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Billing Account Manager specializing in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. The Billing Account Manager will oversee client accounts, ensuring accurate and efficient billing processes. Responsibilities include managing billing operations, resolving client queries, addressing outstanding balances, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The role also involves regular communication with clients to provide updates on account statuses and collaborating with internal teams to streamline billing workflows for optimal results.

Qualifications
• Knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, including billing and coding practices
• Experience in client account management, issue resolution, and payment collections
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in customer service and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance protocols, and industry standards
• Working knowledge of billing software and related tools
• Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in medical billing or healthcare account management is advantageous
