Ring's End, Inc., of Darien, CT is hiring a full-time ERP Systems Analyst.

Ring's End is a multi-location building supply retailer headquartered in Connecticut. We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Analyst to support and optimize our new ERP system. This role will be responsible for supporting ERP users across the organization, resolving system issues, improving business processes, and assisting with reporting and data analysis.

The ideal candidate will combine strong ERP knowledge, SQL capability, and analytical skills to support a high-transaction retail and distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide end-user support for ERP system, diagnosing and resolving user issues related to sales, dispatch, inventory management, and financial modules.
• Manage and respond to ERP support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying causes of system issues and implement preventative solutions.
• Work with business users to understand operational needs and recommend improvements or solutions.
• Modify standard or design necessary reports and views to provide actionable information to management and end users.
• Write and execute SQL queries for data validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Assist with ERP configuration, process improvements, and system enhancements.
• Assist with Third Party Integrations to ERP System
• Document solutions, system processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Collaborate with the internal IT team on ERP-related projects and initiatives.
• Present technical information clearly to both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
• 3-5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems in a technical or functional analyst role.
• Strong SQL skills with experience writing queries for reporting, troubleshooting, and data validation.
• Experience providing production support and troubleshooting ERP environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in multi-location retail, building supply, or distribution environments.
• Experience supporting high transaction volume systems.
• Experience designing financial or operational reports.
• Familiarity with ERP configuration and process improvement.
• IT certifications are a plus.
