Role Description
This is an on-site full-time position for a Senior Account Manager located in Long Island, NY. As a Senior Account Manager, you will oversee and grow relationships with key clients, deliver tailored telecom solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction at every level. You will collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives with customer needs, develop strategies to drive revenue growth, and provide regular reports on client performance and engagement. Additionally, you will identify new business opportunities, manage contracts, and stay up-to-date with industry trends to best support your clients.
Qualifications
• Client relationship management and account expansion skills
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic business growth plans
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Understanding of telecommunications and network solutions
• Problem-solving mindset and analytical skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
• Prior experience in account management or telecom sales is a plus
