DESCRIPTION
Amazon’s Last Mile Delivery Training & Programs is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Delivery T&P to drive large scale product, program, and technical initiatives. In this role, the Senior Program Manager, Delivery T&P will be a key member of AMZL training team while still working very close to the action, spending time on the delivery station floor with the teams who make our places of business great. This position's impact is essential to the growth and success of our Last Mile Business Organization.
The Senior Program Manager, Delivery T&P will need to have experience influencing others and capable to work effectively with senior leadership across multiple organizations. This individual have knowledge as a self-starter, program leader, communicator, and problem solver with analytics and operations skills. In this role, the Senior Program Manager, Delivery T&P will work with worldwide cross-functional teams on complex logistics problems, deal with ambiguity, and provide innovative solutions driving content engagement and retention.
Key job responsibilities
• Develop key aspects of program strategy, tactically driving teams in and outside of your organization to deliver new programs.
• Leverage data and analytics/visualization to build out best in class Worldwide training defined by our long term delivery associate strategy.
• Support idea generation for technical strategies with partner teams to leverage new and existing technology to improve and develop new training content.
• Evaluate internal and external training programs.
• Identify best practices, technology, and capabilities across Last Mile training facilities. Support program expansion of practices and applications across the network.
• Partner with customers, internal/external teams, and engineering teams to determine project prioritization.
• Engage other Amazon business units globally to share best practices and improve end to end outcomes for Amazon customers.
• Up to 20% travel required.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
