We are partnered with a well-established mechanical subcontractor to identify a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Lexington, KY. This is a unique opportunity for a proven leader who is looking to transition from project execution into a broader operational leadership role in the near term.

This position offers a clear path toward Operations or Regional Management, with the opportunity to take on increased responsibility quickly and play a key role in the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee multiple mechanical construction projects with combined budgets up to $30M+
• Provide leadership and direction to a team of 2–3 Project Managers
• Ensure successful project execution across schedule, budget, and quality
• Support strategic planning and operational initiatives within the business unit
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership on project and team performance

Project Types:
• Commercial construction
• Data center projects

Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing mechanical construction projects (HVAC, piping, plumbing)
• Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing teams or mentoring junior PMs
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and client management
• Ability and desire to grow into a broader operational leadership role
