Role name: Technical Project Manager (Azure Devops with CPQ/PLM)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong CPQ and/or PLM domain expertise to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise transformation initiatives. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time delivery, and acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage CPQ and/or PLM implementation projects from initiation to closure

Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams

Manage project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution proactively

Ensure adherence to Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid delivery methodologies

Track project KPIs including cost, quality, scope, and schedule

Drive requirements gathering, solution design discussions, and UAT planning

Prepare and present status reports, executive dashboards, and steering committee updates

Ensure compliance with governance, documentation, and change management processes

Required Skills & Experience:
• 8–12 years of overall IT experience with 5+ years as a Project Manager
• Hands-on experience managing CPQ (Oracle CPQ, Salesforce CPQ, SAP CPQ) and/or PLM (Windchill, Teamcenter, Agile PLM, ENOVIA) projects
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) or Product Lifecycle Management processes
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing global/onshore-offshore delivery teams

Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certification
• Prior experience in manufacturing, life sciences, or high-tech domains
• Exposure to system integrations (ERP, CRM, SAP, Oracle)
