Senior React Developer

The Senior React Developer will lead the front-end development of digital applications. This role is responsible for architecting scalable component libraries, ensuring design system compliance, and mentoring junior developers.

• Must possess and maintain, at a minimum, a SECRET security clearance.
• Must be a US Citizen
• Lead front-end architecture and component design for complex web user interfaces.
• Build and maintain scalable, reusable React component libraries aligned with design systems.
• Ensure all front-end implementations meet accessibility (Section 508 / WCAG) standards.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior React developers.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate high-fidelity wireframes into functional code.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to technical documentation and architecture decisions.
• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in front-end development.
• Expert-level proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) and RESTful API integration.
• Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
