Salary: $55,000.00 USD Annually - $65,000.00 USD Annually

Description

An industrial organization based in southeastern Pennsylvania is seeking a Supply Chain & Operations Analyst to support customer operations, ERP processes, and supply chain coordination. This role is well suited for someone looking to build long-term expertise in operations and supply chain management. The position begins with hands-on training in customer service and technical support. During the first 6–12 months, the role will primarily provide backup support for quoting, order entry, and order management to build a strong understanding of products, systems, and operational workflows. As experience grows, responsibilities will expand into operational analysis, supply chain support, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer service operations, including quoting, order entry, and order management
• Work within the ERP system to manage orders, data accuracy, and workflows
• Assist with pricing analysis, margin review, and quote preparation
• Analyze operational data using Excel to support reporting and decision-making
• Support inventory coordination, fulfillment, and supply chain planning
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, customer operations, or related roles
• Experience with ERP systems strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
