Job Title: Project Manager/Estimator - Commercial Construction

Overview: Our client is a dynamic construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality commercial projects. Their team thrives on innovation and collaboration, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage of the construction process.

  • The estimated pay range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000 depending on experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform estimating and project takeoffs independently.
  • Manage the complete project bidding process from start to finish.
  • Create, understand, and maintain project budgets effectively.
  • Handle the Requests for Information (RFI) process and maintain RFI logs.
  • Assist in preparing prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders, as well as execute change orders and manage vendor invoicing. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Valid OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in the construction industry preferred.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Design, or Engineering is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of project safety regulations as they relate to OSHA 1926.
