Position Summary

The Showroom Sales & Account Manager is responsible for retail showroom sales, web account management, and customer service support. This role is both sales and relationship driven, with a focus on creating exceptional customer experiences, managing key client accounts, and driving business growth.

· You have previous experience in a retail/showroom sales role

· You have previous experience handling transactions ranging from $2k - $10k

· You’ve used a consultative and advisory approach to guide customers to purchase decisions

· You enjoy selling a higher priced product with clear and demonstrable value

· You enjoy learning about how your customer uses your products and how it helps their business

· You are looking to grow and develop your outbound sales skills

· You are comfortable and confident on the phone – both inbound and outbound

· You enjoy forming new relationships and helping people solve problems

· You are adaptable, have a thirst for learning, and are growth-minded with an action bias

Key Responsibilities

Retail Sales

  • Greet and assist showroom visitors (4-6 weekly), provide recommendations, quotes, and complete transactions (typical transaction value: $2,000–$10,000).
  • Respond to incoming retail inquiries (6-8 weekly), answer product questions, and guide customers toward purchase decisions.
  • Maintain an active retail pipeline in the CRM and follow up on all open quotes.

Web Key Account Management

  • Manage and grow relationships with web-based key accounts (annual client value: $20,000–$60,000).
  • Evaluate new web orders for growth potential and establish ongoing relationships.
  • Proactively reach out to web accounts with promotions, upselling opportunities, and updates.

Customer Service Support

  • Support the customer service team by handling incoming phone calls when needed.
  • Assist with pre-sale inquiries and address post-sale needs or issues in a professional, caring manner.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma (required); additional education a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management (required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required).
  • Experience with QuickBooks (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive annual salary (based on experience) with performance incentives
