Responsibilities of Client Service Representative

• You'll welcome patrons, operate the till, handle transactions, offer buying recommendations, and occasionally assist with our culinary offerings.
• You will be consistently engaged in various tasks throughout the store, indoors and outdoors, to uphold our store's superior aesthetic and deliver prompt, courteous service to our patrons.
• Ensure consistent and expected presence at the workplace.
• You will engage with numerous clients on a daily basis, while collaborating with a lively and enthusiastic group to complete daily responsibilities within the store

Qualification of Client Service Representative

• Having a background in retail and customer service involves a history of working directly with consumers and providing assistance with their needs
• Experience in a retail setting as a sales associate or cashier
• Attainment of a high school diploma or its equivalent is a common educational requirement
• Stay driven to progress in your professional journey!
• Demonstrating a desire to acquire knowledge and enjoy oneself

Physical Requirements of Client Service Representative

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands. This handwork requires eye-hand coordination, and may require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
