Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Licensed Land Surveyor with excellent Field Crew Management and Project Management capabilities to join our team. This role blends hands-on field leadership with comprehensive project oversight to ensure surveying projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field survey crews, providing mentorship, training, and effective scheduling support.
• Oversee surveying projects from initiation to completion, ensuring ongoing client communication, adhering to budgets, and implementing quality control measures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols at all times.
• Play a crucial role in business growth by developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Licensed Land Surveyor in Ohio or the ability to obtain licensure.
• Demonstrated experience in managing field survey crews.
• Strong project management proficiencies, including budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
