Licensed Surveyor / Project Manager

With multiple locations across Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania, we proudly deliver precise and dependable land surveying and project management services tailored to meet the needs of our diverse clientele.
Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Licensed Land Surveyor with excellent Field Crew Management and Project Management capabilities to join our team. This role blends hands-on field leadership with comprehensive project oversight to ensure surveying projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage field survey crews, providing mentorship, training, and effective scheduling support.
- Oversee surveying projects from initiation to completion, ensuring ongoing client communication, adhering to budgets, and implementing quality control measures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols at all times.
- Play a crucial role in business growth by developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Licensed Land Surveyor in Ohio or the ability to obtain licensure.
- Demonstrated experience in managing field survey crews.
- Strong project management proficiencies, including budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
