Join our team as a Systems Analyst - Power Platform Specialist!

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in enhancing project and systems performance management processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and bridging gaps in processes.
  • Creating comprehensive process documentation and training materials.
  • Conducting thorough reviews of data derived from performance management processes and summarizing your insights.
  • Performing quality audits on deliverables from team members and service providers.
  • Generating reports that evaluate trends to support our continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyzing data to identify challenges related to project execution and performance management.
  • Examining system data and performance reports to highlight trends and their business impacts.
  • Analyzing information related to system management activities, and preparing actionable recommendations to align with business objectives.

This role is fully remote and requires a reliable home office setup, including:

  • Reliable high-speed internet service
  • A minimum of 25 Mbps download speeds, or 50 Mbps for shared internet connectivity
  • A minimum of 5 Mbps upload speeds

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • The ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions while collaborating with stakeholders.
  • A passion for identifying opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.
  • Experience designing enterprise applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • The capacity to build responsive, intuitive user interfaces aligned with UX best practices.
  • Knowledge in integrating applications with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and other data sources.
  • Experience implementing business logic using formulas, Power Fx, and data validation rules.
  • Ability to create automated workflows using Power Automate Cloud flows and Desktop flows (RPA).
  • Experience in automating tasks such as approvals, notifications, document routing, and data synchronization.
  • Knowledge of integrating flows with APIs and connectors for external systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience with Power Apps, Automate, and Power BI.
  • Experience in shaping and cleaning data sets in Excel, SQL databases, and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, and Excel Online.
  • Understanding of BI concepts such as KPIs, dashboards, and ETL basics.
