Spring Hollow Golf Club opened in 1994 and is one of the region’s top daily fee golf courses. Designed by John Thompson, the 18-hole, par-70 layout measures just over 6,000 yards from the tips and features dramatic elevation changes and several scenic holes that play over water. Located less than 40 miles from Philadelphia, Spring Hollow also includes two practice greens for chipping and putting, a pro shop, local dining favorite Spring Hollow Bar & Grille, which occupies a former dairy barn, an award-winning banquet venue, as well as outdoor event space.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pottstown, PA, for the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage. The role involves overseeing daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high-quality service to promote customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include managing budgets, maintaining inventory, coordinating with staff and suppliers, and upholding culinary and service standards. The Assistant Director will also work closely with the management team to implement strategies that improve efficiency and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Food Service, and Food & Beverage management
• Proven experience in Budgeting and financial planning for food and beverage operations
• A record of ensuring exceptional Customer Satisfaction in hospitality or food service roles
• Ability to lead, train, and manage a team effectively in fast-paced environments
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Experience working in luxury or high-end hospitality establishments is an asset
