MediBril is searching for a talented and dedicated Program Director of Occupational Therapy Assistants (P-OTA) to lead our team of Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA). The P-OTA will oversee the daily operations of the OTA team, ensuring quality patient care, and facilitating professional development opportunities. Duties

• Lead the daily operations and scheduling of the Occupational Therapy Assistants department.
• Develop and implement tailored OTA programs to suit the needs of diverse patient populations.
• Ensure quality assurance by conducting regular audits, reviews, and evaluations of OTA services.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities for the OTA team.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and administrative staff for an integrated approach to patient care.
• Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Facilitate meetings with staff and stakeholders to evaluate current OTA programs and propose improvements.
• Act as the primary liaison between the OTA department and external organizations, educational institutions, and healthcare providers. Qualifications:
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an OTA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
